  • Lead campaigns require activation and optimization. Initial lead delivery may take up to approximately 14 days depending on market conditions and targeting.
  • Refunds on Leads are strictly limited and may apply only when a Lead falls outside agreed targeting filters or contains objectively verifiable data corruption resulting from a technical system error. Refunds are not granted for lack of response, no bind, inaccurate consumer statements, or performance dissatisfaction.
  • Refunds of remaining deposited funds (less the cost of Leads delivered) may be requested within 35 days of initial funding, subject to review and approval. Full balance refunds are not available after 35 days.
  • Ongoing promotional credits are stackable in accordance with the Promotional Credit Terms but may not exceed total net deposited funds in the account at any time.
